By using Forms ka Funda you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

Forms ka Funda is an information and tracking platform. We are not an admission authority, agent or representative of any institution.

• We do not submit applications on your behalf.
• We do not guarantee admission, seats, scholarships or results.
• We do not collect application fees. Fees are always paid on the official portal.

Admission data on this platform is maintained by our team from public notices and institutional sources, and is shown with a last-updated date. Institutions can change dates, fees and criteria at any time. Always verify admission requirements and application instructions on the official college portal before applying. We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on platform data without verifying the official source.

• Provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
• One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be suspended.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

• You own what you post, and grant us a licence to display it on the platform.
• No spam, scams, abuse, hate speech, impersonation, or sharing of other people's personal details.
• Claims of "guaranteed admission", management-quota broking or fee solicitation are prohibited.
• We may hide, delete or restrict content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Rewards are discretionary promotional benefits with conditions set by us, and may be changed or withdrawn. Rewards are paid only after verification. Fraudulent or duplicate claims are rejected and may lead to suspension.

• Expert guidance is advisory only and does not guarantee outcomes.
• Reschedule free up to 12 hours before a session; cancellations more than 24 hours before are fully refunded.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Paid placements are always labelled "Sponsored" or "Featured". Sponsorship never changes organic search ranking or Funda Match recommendations.

The platform, its design system and original content belong to Forms ka Funda. Institution names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

The platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
