Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to run the platform:

• Account information — name, email, mobile number and password.
• Academic profile — class, stream, subjects, scores, category and preferences you choose to enter for Funda Match and recommendations.
• Activity — colleges and forms you save, applications you track, reminders you set and searches you run.
• Documents — files you upload to your document checklist.
• Technical data — device, browser and approximate location derived from your IP address, plus analytics events.

• To show relevant colleges, programmes and application deadlines.
• To send reminders, result alerts and updates you asked for.
• To generate Funda Match recommendations.
• To process expert session bookings and rewards.
• To improve the product using aggregated, non-identifying analytics.

Documents you upload are stored for your use inside your checklist. We do not submit documents or applications to colleges on your behalf, and we do not share them with institutions or partners. You can replace or delete any document at any time from My Funda → Documents.

We never sell your personal data.

• Partner institutions receive aggregate campaign performance (impressions, clicks, applications) — not your identity.
• If you submit an enquiry or opt in to a partner offer, we share only the details you provide in that form.
• Service providers (hosting, email, analytics, payments) process data on our instructions.
• We may disclose information where required by law.

We use essential cookies for sessions and preferences, and analytics cookies to understand which pages help students. You can block cookies in your browser; essential features may stop working. Saved items and drafts are also kept in your browser's local storage on your device.

• Access and correct your profile from My Funda → Profile.
• Download or delete documents at any time.
• Turn off email, in-app and push notifications in Settings.
• Request account deletion by writing to support@formskafunda.com. We delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.

Many of our users are school students. We collect the minimum necessary information and recommend that students under 18 use the platform with a parent or guardian's involvement. We do not knowingly use minors' data for behavioural advertising.

We use encryption in transit, access controls and audit logging on administrative actions. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password and never share your account.

We'll post any changes on this page and update the date above. Material changes will also be notified in-app.
